CANCELLATION POLICY

How to cancel your order?

You can cancel your order by clicking ‘My Account’ in the top right corner of the website and then click ‘Orders’ against the Order id from your Esmont account. The refund will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days.

Note: Orders once shipped cannot be canceled, so any cancellation should be made before 5:00 PM on the same day when the orders are placed.
