RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Want to know our return policy?
*Any returns or exchange of the products should be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.
*You can return the order by selecting “My Account” in the top right corner in the website and then clicking on “Orders” for the respective Order id.
*Products can only be exchanged with a different size (if available in stock), but not with a different product.
*Please note that the products returned/exchanged must be in the original condition as it was sent.
*We may refuse returns if the product is damaged, washed or soiled.
*We don’t encourage partial returns for the combo pack, so the whole pack will have to be returned.
*ESMONT may, at its discretion and without prior notice may change the returns policy for improving customer experience.
How to exchange the product?
*Login to your account and go to ‘My Account’ section. Click on ‘Order’ against the Order ID to raise a request for return/exchange.
*Once the request is acknowledged, customer can return/exchange the products by self shipping it.
*Also please note that self ship cost has to be bared by the customer.
*You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below

*The product will undergo quality check post receiving it back at the warehouse & once approved the amount will be credited to your bank account within 14 working days.
